EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Window:
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Sale Items:
Items purchased from the Special Prices section or during a sale event are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds:
We do not offer monetary refunds.
Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 6 months, once the item passes our quality check.
A flat fee of ₹349 will be deducted to cover logistics.

Exchanges:
All exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best possible alternative.

You may choose from:
Reverse Pickup: ₹349 (includes pickup & re-delivery
Self Return: ₹99 (covers dispatch of the replacement pair)

Condition:
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

Quality Check:
Once your return reaches us, it undergoes a 2–4 business day quality check.
Post approval, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Shipping & Responsibility:
We partner with third-party logistics providers and have limited control over their operations.

Timelines:
Reverse logistics typically take 8–10 days, depending on courier serviceability.
