SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery Information:

We prioritise the prompt delivery of your purchased products, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition. To achieve this, we collaborate with a trusted network of couriers, working diligently to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

• Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our office located in Gurgaon.
• Delivery Timeframe: Depending on the delivery pin code, your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days (maximum) after dispatch from our warehouse.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment option for an additional charge of Rs. 99 per order.
• Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details for your shipment.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery. In case you are unavailable at the delivery address, up to three delivery attempts will be made. If the product remains undelivered after these attempts or if no response is received to the calls, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
